In order to download the issues found in a scan, you must first access https://scan.qualityclouds.com with your login credentials.

  1. On the left-hand column of the screen, you must click on History.

2. Under the category Action, you must select the Export Issues file symbol. Check the availability for this option with your license. In the case that you don't have this option enabled, contact us at info@qualityclouds.com.

3. An alternative option would be to access the Team dashboard. Under the table 'List of items to review by ''Modified by'', you must click on the Export button.
