1. What are the payment terms? Payments are to be made up front, with the subscription being a full year.

  2. Can a subscription be cancelled at any time? After a year, the subscription automatically renews itself unless you cancel it beforehand.

  3. How long does an upgrade to a new version take? From the time Quality Clouds receives the PO or payment, it takes a maximum of 24 hours for the operations team to make the necessary changes. 

  4. Currency for billing? Payments accepted in UK Pounds, USD and euros.
